The rent amounts, above, payable monthly in advance, are exclusive of Rates and Council Tax (whichever as appropriate),  are based upon an initial rental agreement Term of 6 months and subject to normal letting Agreements. Longer terms of duration may be negotiated.

A deposit equivalent to one month's rent or £ 700.00 (whichever is more) would normally be held. The deposit would be repayable, at the end of the Term, subject to any unpaid rents, etc.
